1. General Scope

These Terms govern use of the Penpol Tea Gardens England website and participation in our on-site activities. By accessing the site or booking a visit you agree to abide by them. They are interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.

2. Website Content

All text, images, and materials on this site belong to Penpol Tea Gardens England unless otherwise noted. They may not be reused for commercial purposes without written permission. Short quotations for educational or news use are allowed with credit.

3. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a confirmed booking. We confirm availability by direct email or phone. Visits are arranged only after written acknowledgement from our team. Group size is limited to twelve persons unless agreed in advance.

4. Payment

Payment for workshops or visits, where applicable, is taken on-site. Prices listed online are indicative and may vary slightly due to weather or schedule adjustments. No deposit is required unless stated.

5. Cancellations

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. In case of severe weather or operational issues we may postpone rather than cancel, and will offer an alternative date.

6. Visitor Conduct

We ask all guests to act respectfully toward staff, plants, and other visitors. Smoking, loud music, drones, and littering are not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times within the rows and near equipment.

7. Accessibility

We strive to make paths and facilities accessible; however, some terrain is uneven. Visitors should inform us in advance of any mobility requirements so we can adjust the route where possible.

8. Liability

We maintain public liability insurance appropriate for small visitor venues. While we take reasonable precautions, visitors enter the property at their own risk and should wear suitable footwear. The garden is a working environment with tools and low fencing.
